Vladimir Soloviev is professional journalist who began his career at Radio Moscow. In 1987 he began working for "Za Rulem"; one of the most popular and respected automotive magazines in Russia.
His participation in the 45 hour Moscow-Lisbon speed marathon as well as the Lada-Niva Sahara expedition has made Vladimir and his co-participants well-known in Russia.
Now, Vladimir is head of the International Projects Department and a board member for Za Rulem magazine. He regularly test-drives and writes about new automobiles. He is also a member of the Za Rulem Grand Prix Committee; an all-Russian readership contest that votes for the "best new" cars in the Russian market.
