Steve has been obsessed with all things automotive for as long as he can remember. Literally, his earliest memory is of a car. Having amassed an enviable Hot Wheels collection as a kid he moved into the world of real cars and became a journalist with Auto Action magazine at just 19.

He moved into full-time automotive publishing with CarsGuide in 2008 and since then he's worked for every major motoring outlet in Australia. His work has appeared in The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, Drive, CarSale, Street Machine, V8X, F1 Racing, Speedcafe and Torquecafe.

Steve has a passion for driving and enjoys cars of all shapes and sizes... and still collects Hot Wheels.
