Ginny is a broadcaster and motoring journalist who has been writing about the automotive industry, it's driving trends and reviewing cars for over 20 years. Ginny was the first female motoring editor of a UK national newspaper, a role she held at the best selling title "The News of the World" and in addition has regularly contributed to many other newspapers and magazines.
Ginny is currently the motoring editor for the UK's biggest selling women's lifestyle magazine, 'Good Housekeeping' where she reviews cars and writes regularly on the issues that matter to UK drivers. She is also contributing editor to the most popular car review site in Europe, "Carbuyer".
Her television credits include reporting on motoring related stories for BBC "Watchdog" and ITV's current affairs programme "Tonight", along with anchoring "Sky News" and ITV 1's "Granada Tonight". Ginny was one of the founding presenters of the ITV's "Granada Men and Motors", where she produced and presented motoring programmes for many years.
Ginny is also familiar to viewers as the presenter of the iconic BBC One travel show "Holiday" which she reported on and later anchored and currently appears on BBC One's "Escape to the Country", shown in 59 countries.
She lives in Oxfordshire with her young son and for the past decade has sat on the Board of Trustees for the Manchester United Foundation where she works to engage and empower young people with a particular focus on STEM and sport.
