She is based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with a home in Spain but is originally from the Coral Coast in the Fiji Islands. She has a Bachelor of Mass Communications (BA), a Bachelor of Human Sciences degree, and a Masters in World Literature. She is the only female jury member for the Middle East Car of the Year awards (MECOTY) and is a jury with the Women's World Car of the Year Awards. (WWCOTY). She joins the World Car of the Year Awards in 2021. Driving over 60 cars annually, Shereen's interest in cars began with her family's passion for cars and being surrounded by all things automotive. As a motoring journalist, Shereen is a pioneer in the MENA region. Shereen is a World Peace Ambassador with Peace Tracts and is part of the G100 Club as Chair for the Republic of Fiji Islands.
